You have a 7 agility plus the scope so add 8 to you roll of 2 you get a 10 these guys have an AC 13 (that looks familiar) he was distracted and I am trying not to kill you all so I gave it to you. (the pirates are more hardcore than I planned)

HTC hits the pirate attacking him for 7

With that it is the pirates' turns injured one attacking Smith...

Smith is hurt badly and is beginning to turn pale. Cain and Zach are also hurt but looks as if they can fair well for a while.

There is still 1 uninjured pirate attacking smith, one that is fairly hurt attacking him as well.. The pirate attacking HTC isn't in good condition. The android has seen better days but is still able to fight pretty well.
