Android 3.2 slow file transfer via usb cable from Acer A501 to pc.

Anyone else experiencing this phenomena.

I have a few web pages download which come to about 35 mb all up, but when I go to transfer them via usb cable from my pc to the external sd card on my Acer A501 it takes about 5 minutes?

Anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this? Or what I may be doing wrong?

Surely it should not take 5 minutes to transfer 35 mb via usb cable?

Is the screen locked? Sometimes when the tablet screen locks or the tablet goes to sleep the transfer slows way down.But his doesn't happen every time.

I'm surprised this issue hasn't been discussed more. I'm experiencing the same issue running 3.2.
