Android Auto for Subaru

I drive a 2021 Subaru Outback with a full center panel flat screen and a Galaxy S21 phone. Originally both Car Play and Android used only about half of the car's screen but this been corrected by an update to Car Play. My understanding is that Google has also been working on an update for Android as well. Does anyone have information on this?

I have a 3 way split screen option now, which will show Maps (60%), Podcast (20%) and Messages (20%) on the same screen

Could you give me the Android version you are using? are you driving a Subaru? how do you access the option or does it come up on startup?

I have a Pixel 7 with Android 13. Version of Android Auto is 10.2.633224. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee.The 3 way split option comes up when it starts and the icon is in the lower left hand corner. Here's a picture of it showing what the split looks like
