Android Tablet and App connectivity

Hey guys.
I have an issue. I have a Chinese andorid tablet, and Enjoypad T91.
Great piece of kit for the price.

Anyways, the tab was working well for about 3 weeks.
Now i have a problem allowing any apps (including the android market) to connect to the internet.

The borwser seems to work fine.

Any ideas?
