Android USB connection

I am working on an Android programming. I want to cotrol my peripheral device using my Android app on Android tablet. I research USB connection on the internet. FTDI support the data read/write over USB cable. I read TN_147_Java_D2xx_for_Android.pdf, AN_134_FTDI_Drivers_Installation_Guide_for_MAC_OSX.pdf and many other. I try to connect between android device and my peripheral device on FTDI D2XX Sample using this documents. But I don't achieve. I repeteadly read these document so I can't be wrong. I have onyo nanopad 7 tablet and android version:4.0.3, kernel: 3.0.8. Its feature seems to support Usb connecttion. I would be grateful if you help me?
