I was thinking about checking out the SDK and seeing if I wanted to attempt to develop for android.

Has anyone here seen the SDK or is using it?

I am a Java developer, I looked at the sdk and it seems very straight froward however I do not have the time to sit down and really get into it. I started with some tutorials and reading on how Android manages applications. If you have the time I would take a look at it. If you have worked with Java and some XML it should be right in your ballpark.
