Help App that will increase the speaker volume?

I tried volume+ free version but I don't notice any difference in the volume. Does this only work with music? Cause I want it to work with watching videos, ringtones and notifications.

Go to the developer's website, sign up and download the full version for free. I've had good results with it in the past, but have mixed results since the 4.0.4 upgrade. Worth a shot if you want something more robust than the free version.

Make sure after you install it to go under 'sounds-music effects' and make sure volume+ is checked. I personally found the flashable DSP manager to sound better for me but I don't know if you're rooted

not rooted, made sure the it was checked in settings, i have a verzion nexus

wow it actually works, turned it all the way to +20, it's a shame we have to pay for an app to get the speaker volume working properly, seems like google would release an update to help fix the issue

They dont' want you to blow out your speaker and complain to them when it doesn't work anymore.

Volume on my Google GN was so weak, I could barely hear the navigator voice while I was driving unless I held the phone up to my ear. Installed Volume+ from the developers website and the improvement is remarkable. I'm curious to see if the improved volume is maintained after the Jellybean upgrade or perhaps the problem will be resolved with Jellybean.

i don't see how JB will fix a phone specific problem.
this is firmware fix more than anything else.
