It must be your network problem. Try to download it on wifi network.

i will suggest some step check it
1) 1.open settings->developer option.2.now enable unknown sources.3.now configure your google account properly.4.now try to download or install app.

2)Go to Menu --> Settings --> Privacy --> Factory Reset.

If that does not solve the issue then you have to change the Application itself by getting help from the Service center.
