    As the title says, rep said they couldn't provide a FRU because the Dinc's backordered...is he yanking my chain?

    FRU isn't a military term, it is used by many companies. However the usage here is incorrect. A FRU is a replaceable part and not an entire phone. On a phone a FRU would be a battery or battery door.

    Thanks for clarifying that. For an exceedingly lazy man like myself, I'd still rather type FRU than replacement. Those 8 extra keystrokes add up :p
