I will be installing the new rom from rogers that fixes the timestamp issue on the magic but they are saying that installing the rom will wipeout everything on the phone.

All personal data (contacts, applications, photos,
bookmarks, etc) stored on the device will be lost after the update process. Back up the
data on your device by copying the data to an SD memory card. There are also 3rd party
applications on Android Market place to back up your applications and personal data.

Now my contacts are stored on my google account so that is not a problem, but how do i go about backing everything else up? What folders/files do I copy over? What app will do this for me?
