Basic profile help

Am using Tasker for the first time & struggling. None of the basic profiles I set up work & I could do with some advice! I need a simple profile for home that turns wifi on, and when I leave turns it off & activates Bluetooth. And then another one that detects my Bluetooth headset & opens Spotify

I've tried using:

Profile: wifi near & my network selected
Task: wifi on
Exit task: wifi off

Doesn't work on entry or exit. Then I tried swapping the wifi near for a location based one (net only, radius set to 500m) - doesn't work either

What am I doing wrong?

The following is what I do. The Waits are to allow it time to sync. You need to change xxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyy to your SSIDs.

Profile: tlaOfficeFar
State: Not Wifi Connected [ SSID:xxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyy MAC:* IP:* ]
Enter: tlaOfficeFarEnter
A1: Wait [ MS:0 Seconds:0 Minutes:1 Hours:0 Days:0 ]
A2: WiFi [ Set:Off ]

Profile: tlaOfficeNear
State: Wifi Near [ SSID:xxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyy MAC:* Capabilities:* Min. Activate Signal Level:4 Channel:0 Toggle Wifi:Off ]
Enter: tlaOfficeNearEnter
A1: Wait [ MS:0 Seconds:0 Minutes:1 Hours:0 Days:0 ]
A2: WiFi [ Set:On ]
