Help Battery life

Battery life is horrible on this LG Optimus Slider! Love the phone though so I was thinking on buying a larger battery other than the 1500 mah going to 3000 mah. Has anyone done this and does it help?

I considered it, but you also need a bigger back cover, and I didn't want that. Instead I bought a set with two extra regular batteries and a wall charger on eBay for only $9.99. I also use the free version of JuiceDefender on aggressive which helps.

Here's a video about an extended battery. It shows the Optimus V, but the description mentions it's also available for the Slider.

Thanks for sending that!!! I am home all day and have to problem if I need to charge it but my husband is at work and can't do that. Have to figure out what to do.

I have a q with I think carries the same battery, I got a bigger battery off ebay. I can give you the model # if you want it. It last 4 times longer or more

You must be a really heavy User. My wife gets nearly 2 days on her Slider.

I did get a larger battery off Ebay and it does last 2 days with moderate usage before needed to charge battery
