So I've been using 640kbps for my videos to watch on the DInc. They look perfect for that screen size. I just got the TV-Out Cable yesterday and I tested videos on my TV with it. They look mediocre. What I'm trying to figure out is, if I increase the bitrate of the videos before I put them on the DInc, will they look better on my TV? When you use the TV-Out cable, does it just display on the TV screen what is on the phone, or does the video player try and display the best image available from the video file?
