Bluetooth Sound Volume Low (In Call)

I have a chinese Dual Sim Card model Star a919 phone. It's running 2.3.4 Android and I must have spent the past few hours (6-7 at least) trying to figure out how to get my bluetooth audio to get louder. I paired my headsets with a iphone and it worked as expected. Any idea's on what I could try? I am sure I have tried almost everything: volume+, various apps, rooting the phone, turning the volume up on both the headset and phone during call, and even some #*#* hack. I'm running out of ideas... I may just pony up and get a android from ATT. If that's the case anyone have some suggestions on a goodone? I was thinking Samsung Galaxy SII skyrocket

Hello diablo. It looks like you've tried the most obvious tricks. I hope someone has a solution for you. As for the Skyrocket.... I've heard some good things about it.
