Help boot loop uhoh

Sorry to be bugging you for support I don't know where else to turn. I have Canadian (rogers) s4 and i had problems with the sim card so i was going to send it for warranty but of course had to remove the root first. I tried triangle away and it didn't seem to do anything but read something about doing it on a stock but rooted firmware so i tried to flash stock and now I'm stuck in a boot loop and have tried flashing it multiple times don't know what else to do any ideas?
