Root [Verizon] Bricked Phone

I have a Galaxy S4 phone that I rooted about 3 to 4 months ago. I recently had a problem with the message, contact and other apps give me the error "app has stopped working." and would lock up every time I tried to go to those apps. This would happen right after reboot. So I tried to re-flash the stock ROM and get a sw rev. check fail Fusion 5 binary 1 error. I have searched up and down on the internet for that error but the highest I have found is fusion 4. I am afraid I bricked the phone.
