Root Call log and google voice dialer keep popping up

Okay, I have my ally rooted, gingerbreak'd, and running velocity roms.

I'm having this issue that just recently started. Google's voice dialer keeps popping up randomly along with my call log, and if I let it stay up too long it calls the last person on my call list. I've done a factpry reset, wiped all caches, and re-flashed both velocity 1.0 and 1.1 on there (reseting and wiping each time). Deleting google's voice dialer with root explorer eliminated the voice dialer problem, but the call log keeps popping up.

Any ideas on what to do? Its really just super annoying.
