Help Cam bug after 4.4 Update

I watched the video... But what was I looking for?

If you open 3 camera app...translate via camer, googles app and android stock camera app then I got this: "cannot open camera".

Clear the camera cache and data?

Do other, 3rd Party camera apps work?

If I clear the cache or close the translate and googles, the camera is working. The problem is if I use the translate via camera and googles then the camera app and 3rd party cam apps dosent work same time...ok I know, if i close the translate cam and googles the camera will working, but how about avarage user?
