    Yeah, this is how I initially installed CyanogenMod.

    But I made sure to wipe SYSTEM, DATA, and CACHE before I applied the update.zip

    Thats how how initially did it as well.

    But what he's saying, further down in the post, is that he's taking advanced nandroid backups that were created in SPRecovery and dropping them in the Clockwork's nandroid folder and restoring them no problem.

    This is the first time I've seen anyone say this. If it's true I wonder if your can take a Nand created in Clockwork and restore it in SPR?.... I thought I read somewhere this does not work.

    Ah, that's what I get for skimming.

    Seems interesting, but I thought there were inherent differences between Koush and SirPhyscoS nandroids, so even if it works, it may just be a coincidence.

    I don't see how this is possible since SP uses rar's or whatever and Clockwork uses yaffs.
