Help Cannot access 3G or any data

HI all,

I just got a Motorola Charm and it's unlocked so I put it to use with my Rogers SIM card. I can access phone feature but cannot access any data. Can you help? I heard great things about the phone but if I can't access data I just have to sell it back. I can use WI-Fi to access data but not 3G.
