Cant delete app drawer - help :/

His people. I have had 3 HTC inspires and just got a 4th one today. I installed go launcher and on the doc row there was an icon for the app drawer which draws the apps. I like to have my shortcut as a swipe up so im not in need of this icon. However, when i press and hold the icon, it only has the options to 'replace' and 'rename.. no delete or trash

i really dont want this icon there. What can i do to get rid of it? it is currently on the desktop

right as soon as i made this post, i figured out that if i put it on top of another icon to make a folder out the two i could then delete the folder and get rid of the icon. Sorry to waste everyones time. i figured it out

Thanks for posting how you deleted it. That was the one thing I hadn't tried and it was bugging the crap out of me.
