I bought a brand name android 2.3.3 tablet for my son and after 1 week my son told me there are something wrong with the pad.
Most software can't run. I can't run MY PAD. I try soft and hard factory reset many time. The system can restart and showed erase partition. But nothing were deleted.I can't get factory default. I did follow the Settings then Privacy and then Factory data reset. For hard reset, I found a small hole and used needle to do that. Any suggestion? Thank you.
