Help Captivate deleted apps by itself!!

My captivate deleted all those apps on the bar where applications(phone, email, camera) is after I turned my captivate off....I was wondering how I can get those apps back on there without restoring the phone

Which bar? The dock? Icons on one of your home pages? Notification bar?

Please be specific, as this isn't a known issue as you're describing it so it's hard to tell what's going on in your case.

It was dock i think...i i just got the phone so..

The icons on the dock are just shortcuts. They are customizable.
