I'm trying to change my splash screen from a custom one to a different custom one. I upload the PB31IMG.zip to the root of my SD and reboot into hboot. It says "parsing PB31IMG.zip" for a split second and then continues into normal hboot without giving me the option to press volume up to confirm the install. I've tried a few times with a few different ones and the same thing keeps happening. I've obviously done this before as I have a custom one right now. All of the ones I've been trying are from: Splash1 and Bootscreen Compilation! - xda-developers Does anyone have any ideas?
