Help confused!

My home screen displays that I am in Rome & shows their time zone. I am not in Italy so I am to a loss. I have reset the phone (in IT speak I have turned it off & on again!) I have reset locations etc all to mo available. Does anybody have any ideas? Cheers.

What app thinks you are in Rome?
Do any other apps think you are in Rome?

Is your GPS on? Automatic time zone set in your settings? If you go to google maps does it find your correct location?

This didn't happen in my HTC yet but I do face before last time in my Note 3 where it show I at Italy few times but I at a place far from Italy! I at Malaysia.

If it's the HTC Weather/Clock widget you're referring to, and it isn't something you have already done, it may be worth checking you have 'Current Location' selected.

Longpress the widget, drag and drop it on Edit at top left of screen, a list of cities will show with Current Location at the top, tap it to confirm selection.
