I still think it's people not setting their phones up correctly when enabling it. Is everyone turning their setting to "Always on"?

Yes, I changed it to always on...and it always cuts off. I'm trying to watch shows on my ipad during lunch at work and it's failing big time.

This could very easily be a software issue. It's also possible that this may require a hardware fix, but as it has been said - it would be likely that this problem would be more widespread.
Even if it is hardware related (interference due to proximity of WiFi and LTE Rx antenna, for example), a software fix could still possibly be a band aid. Time packets to prevent interference, jump to different channel, who knows?
I can think of a dozen scenarios where software could cause this glitch. Hoping that is the case because an OTA is likely to arrive far sooner than Hardware v0003
