Help Copying from SD card to Phone

Hi,
I have an old SD card with stuff I want to copy onto my Samsung S4 but just as there isn't an option to copy apps to the SD card there doesn't seem to be an option to copy things from the SD card to the phone.
Am I missing something?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Best bet - copy that sd card to your PC, then plug in your new Sammy and copy from the PC to your phone.
