Creat Activity at Runtime

Hi all,
i am new in android i making an application in which am sending byte array and based on that i want to create activity at run time.

There can be one or more activity which i have to display on my phone.
but problem i am facing is to run an activity i have to make the entry in menifest.xml which is static i don't want to hard- code.

Is there is any solution if Anybody know please help me out.
