creating a folder in "All Programs"?

is it possible..?

I noticed that whatever new stuff i downloaded, it gets thrown into the all Programs section and this can get pretty messy..

would be great if i can create new Folders in All Programs so I can put the stuff i downloaded into it for easier location.
