Deregister/Register HELP!

My homepage was unavailable and some apps were't loading. I read that I should de-register the account and re-register. I'm trying and when I go to network it says I AM connected but when it tries to register it says connection lost. I KNOW the connection isn't lost and I can't get past this error screen. HELP!!

Yeah, try rebooting your router, and also try restarting your phone or tablet. it could also be a server problem, in which case try again later.
