I'm just wondering what the differences are between the maxx and maxx hd? I know the screen is hd and the memory is different but anything else? I had a maxx and enjoyed it. I have an S3 now and I'm thinking about going back to a maxx or the new hd

According to the Motorola spec sheets......

MOTO SPEC SHEET FOR THE HD:
DROID RAZR HD by Motorola Fact Sheet - Fact Sheets - Motorola Mobility LLC

MOTO SPEC SHEET FOR THE MAXX:
DROID RAZR MAXX HD Fact Sheet - Fact Sheets - Motorola Mobility LLC

    From what I can see, the differences are;

    • Overall size
    • Weight
    • Battery size
    • Storage
    • Memory
Patiently/impatiently waiting for the release of these bad boys. :smokingsomb:

Don't forget the screen is 3x different.
    1) standard vs. HD resolution
    2) 4.3" vs. 4.7"
    3) captive buttons on the phone vs. on screen buttons.

Oh, I messed up. I thought the OP was asking the difference between the Razr HD and the Maxx HD.
I see after rereading his post he was asking about the difference between the original Droid Maxx and the Maxx HD.

Again, sorry about the misinformation I posted. :smokingsomb:

regardless it will be an entirely different phone, regardless of specs everything is different in some way.

bootloader, processor, memory, screen, stock mobile OS, basebands.

nearly everything will be different, but a few features will remain the same
