I am on s4 T-Mobile USA. Before I had keychain.apk and FWUpdate.apk force closed and I didn't get OTA updates for 2 years. (I know they re-start but it worked) Recently I had to reset phone and forgot to disable apks and got OTA 4.3 dowloaded nagging all the time. So what helped me is I started update and pull battery right away. It restarted and said update failed. That's all. Hope this helps.
