My wife's Virgin Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 is having a display issue when it comes to the OS. The boot up looks normal, and the firmware upgrade screens look normal. What I get when it gets to the OS is in the attached picture, you only get a little bit of the notification bar and that is it. Any ideas on what might be wrong with it or how to fix it?
Edit: it will not allow me to post the picture as a new user but basically you see the top of the notification bar down to only about half of the battery status icon so not much at all.
