Suddenly the Maxx started giving me problems. any change i make to settings and otherwise slows down the phone gradually to a stop. then when i turn it off it waits up to 2 days based on its battery life to allow me to plug it in. it needs to be at about 40% to turn on and when i do 10-24 hours later all the changes are gone 
Ive tried
reseting data both when in os and in the recovery boot and
holding power button for a LONG time.
Its not in warranty and im only 13 so i cannot afford to pay to fix it.
