Droid runs 2.0, so 2.0 comes out in Nov?

Hello everybody this is my first post here at phandroid. Got my mytouch in early august and i'm loving it! I've had ups and downs with performance but I got it running pretty smoothly, especially after donut. I love the customizability and the open source nature of the platform. Can't wait to see where android is gonna be in 1-2 years!

In regards to androids very near future. The droid has leaked photos running android 2.0, and the droid has a november release date. Did I miss the announcement of a november release date for the new pastry upgrade or is it just an assumption at this point?

The eclair pastry has shown up at the Googleplex. The eclair release in November is only on the droid. Early 2010 is when it will be generally released.
