Email keep coming back (Like Groundhog's Day!!)

Hi-
I just purchased my Droid and have lots of questions, especially why do emails keep coming back on even after empying the trash????? This is so frustrating.

Anyway, I love my Droid and am looking forward to learning a lot on this forum.

I certainly am a "newbie" to the smartphone.

pop account with a screwy server? Can you configure as imap?

Check the sig and star the issue. Its a known problem that Google has not deemed important enough to address.
