Email list building app

I want an app that lets people enter their name and email via a simple form, and then adds them to an email list I can send a mail to. I could just use my contacts but that seems like a pain (as everyone who entered their name would end up in my Google contacts, and I would have to go through and add them to an email list manually).

Does something like this exist? I have had no luck looking on the app store.

Actually I found one (though it has dumb name) Chimpadeedoo from Chimpmail does exactly what I am after.
