Help Email replies truncated - previous item in thread removed

Hello,

For some reason (possible after update to Android 2.3.4) replies to emails using exchange active sync are now removing all previous emails from a thread. The recipient only see my last comment, not anything that went before.

Does anyone know how to change this setting so the entire thread is included?

It doesn't look like anyone has any ideas on this one, judging by this existing thread here:-
