Help FirstClass email with Milestone

My company uses FirstClass email. When I set it up with my Milestone email, it appeared to work perfectly. Then I noticed that every time my Milestone checked for messages, it was creating 10-20 blank draft emails. Then it would crash my company account. IT has no clue and has told me I cannot use. I figure there has to be a simple fix. Can anyone help?

we also have first class, I set up a google account to pull my work email from first class and sync the phone to the google account works great.
