Help front cam?

Hey guys is there a way to unblock the front cam on the fascinate??

I don't think the camera is there, at all. On the front of the phone is a proximity sensor and a light sensor. Unfortunately, there's no camera. Fortunately, I don't personally have a need for it, but it's ridiculous that Telus decided to drop that feature.
