Posting from a droid incredible for a friend at work. She received this morning as well but got stuck with an exclamation mark/phone pic/warning. Any help would be appreciated.


Edit: took a pic but haven't tried uploading here through my phone yet. Point me in the right direction on either matter (if its a known issue, no need for a pic) please and thank u.

I think you should take a little more time to realize that this is not the Incredible forum.

Unless you mean she has a Moto Droid? If she does, it sounds like she's stuck at recovery... batt pull maybe?
