With everyone enjoying Froyo, does anyone know how to get it on T mobile, ive checked software update, but says none is available.

According to the T-Mobile forum, it's going to be September (don't know the date though...)

3 ways forward for you : - Root it and load a custom rom - Debrand it and then update to generic htc rom - Wait until T-Mob release it in September Unless you're in a real hurry or are technically minded then I'd choose the 3rd
