I have a Galaxy Tab 3 7" that has a full battery charge. The power turns on and I can get sound from the sound button and if I double tap the home screen the Google lady says "I can't find Network Connection" I can tell the tone of the tablet screen changes when I turn it on, but noting comes up. Help!!! This was my sons Christmas present last year and he uses daily for home work.
I have tried every way of re-setting, but hope there is something that can re-set the screen and its not damaged. There is no sign of damage, and it has been in an otter box case since day one.
