I was just looking at some threads that say to turn on "sync social networking over wifi only" which makes sense for me I don't need to see my facebook friends status updates every 5 minutes, but I was wondering if I do this, will this also affect Gtalk? What other programs count as "social networking" programs? Does that include any apps, or is this all relegated to the "my accounts" portion of the phone set-up for determining social networks?
I use Gtalk constantly in lieu of MMS for my android friends I don't want to have this stop working because of this change. Any help?
