Hello, I need help with my lg device. I'm having this problem...Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 mode

Can't even boot my phone, it does not show logo but my PC recognize it as Qualcomm HD-USB 9008 mode...What should I do?

Where I can find TOT FILE? And how to flash...I also deleted my partitions...
