That's manufacturers warranty...making a claim on Sprints insurance is a $100 deductible. I guess BB offers an extended warranty, so no deductible there if you opt for that.

NO, there is nothing wrong with 002. All the screen surfaces are all glass of the same kind. If you have no issues then there is no reason to take it back.

I have confirmed it. I have a 003 revision & after careful inspection I can see that HTC has switched to cheaper materials. The internal components are actually used parts from a Gen 1 Ipod, the body is paper mache, and the screen is made from used plastic bottles.
