Help How to move email photo attachment to s4 gallery

How do you move an email photo attachment from email to s4 gallery? Each time I attempt to move to gallery I hold my finger on photo and drop down menu says "save image" However, don't know where it was saved (it's not in gallery, not in download app). Where did photo get saved to?? Can someone help???

it goes to download of the phone in " my files "

Should show in the gallery where ever it is saved at, the phone should find it.

It should be in the "Download" folder, but if not, try the "messaging" folder. It should show up in the stock gallery app.
