How to unlink deactivated phone from Google Account?

Hello, everyone. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S3, I switched carries porting my old number to this new phone as well as my Google account. I previously used a Samsung Galaxy S 4G on T-mobile and had the same Google account sync'd with this old phone which is now deactivated with no data signal. I factory reset the old device, however that Galaxy S 4G still appears in my Google play store account and it shows all the apps I used to have on there. How do I get this old phone un-linked from my account?

I'd like to use this old phone to install a custom ROM and experiment with app development. Its running Gingerbread.

I don't believe there is any way to rid the old phone from Google Play. I am not really sure why you even card if it is showing. If you want to use old phone just use a different Gmail account with it when it is setup
