Help HTC Droid Incredible 1 {{adr6300}} restart no power ??

i have HTC Droid Incredible 1 model: adr6300 restart on log no power i try flash ruu

RUU_Incredible_C_Gingerbread_S_VERIZON_WWE_4.08.60 5.2_Radio_2.15.10.07.07_NV_1.70_release_222194_sig ned
full complet ...good .

but didnt work and flash PB31DIAG give me

checking..{PB31DIAG.zip}
loading...{PB31DIAG.nbh}
no image or wrong image
loading...{PB31IMG.zip}
no image
loading...{PB31IMG.nbh}
no image or wrong image

try angin is good update bootloader ,system,recovery,......boot

but the same problem hang on log and restart

WHATS THE PROBLEM ??????THANKS .​

The file needs to be named exactly PB31IMG.zip and put onto the root of an SD card that is formatted to FAT32
