I'm new to this and dont know alot about phones so please bear with me.
My phone crashed this morning and was stuck on the white HTC One M8 screen. After some advice I did a factory reset however it is now stuck on a screen that says "Android is starting..." "starting apps" and has been stuck on this for a long time (about an hour). Can anyone advise if this is normal or what I can do to fix the issue?
